Walls, Big Smith, and Liberty products are generally shipped from the Walls warehouse in 2 - 3 business days allowing for a shorter delivery time. For Dickies and Woolrich products, allow 5 - 7 business days to ship.

All orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. If an order has been shipped, it may be returned following the Return Policy guidelines listed below.

Return Policy: Customers wishing to return merchandise to Da Shack must first contact us by email to obtain a Return Authorization (RA)number. RA numbers are valid for 25 days from the date of issuance, and must be obtained within 25 days of the ship date. Returns will be handled as follows:

  • 1. Defective Upon Shipment - Credit for cost of item(s)or replacement.
  • 2. New (Tags Still Attached) - Credit for cost of item(s) minus maximum 15% restocking fee*
  • 3. Used (Opened) - Credit for cost of item(s) minus 15% - 100% restocking fee.*
  • 4. Damaged, Missing Parts - Non-Returnable
*Da Shack reserves the right to evaluate product return conditions and assess restocking fees at its own discretion. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
